The Hive is located in the Jack London Square area of Oakland.
The open architecture of the majority of the studios makes it such that your choices and actions may have significant impact on your neighbors. Therefore, we are very sorry, but it wouldn't be appropriate for any musicians. If you use power tools please talk with us about how we can include you in our space. Each studio has plentiful wall space and some windows facing the street. The building sits on the corner where there is good light from both sides of the building.
The Hive is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Parking is plentiful and you are within close proximity to galleries and a great hardware store.
